As Mr. Prabhakar explained that Redevelopement has become "BIG PROBLEM " for all concern housing societies. I don't know why Govt. is bringing non-practicable rules and regulations for Redevelopement schemes. The main reason Govt. does not have proper team to form these laws from which housing society people become homeless instead getting new home. I strongly recommend Govt. must look into this big problem resolve the issue. But Govt.should take care that they should not appoint CURRUPT OFFICIALS in this matter. --JAY-BHARAT

What is the provision if the developer fails to complete redevelopment of cessed building within time inspite of multiple extentions of time given by MHADA?
